Troubleshooting

<li>The screen cannot be unlocked with biometrics after using the screen off function: The 'Turn Off' mode within the Screen Turn Off feature supports biometrics, ensuring secure device access.</li>

<li>The screen remains active during gameplay or video streaming: To enforce screen-off during activities, consider using the 'Sleep Timer' function when necessary.</li>
